It is a two bedroom apartment with a double bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom.

The out of season rates are R1000/night. A R1000 key and breakage deposit is payable in cash on arrival which includes a non refundable R200 cleaning fee. R800 will be refunded if everything is left behind in a good order. During the December holidays the minimum stay is 5 nights and the rates is R1300/night.
