Overview

Tergniet Beach Villa is a beautifully appointed Luxury Villa situated within walking distance from the beach in the quaint sea-side village of Tergniet, between Mossel Bay and George.

Tergniet is known as a quiet hamlet, one of a handful of little seaside villages along the Garden Route coastline, with Klein Brakrivier and Groot Brakrivier bordering on either side.

Occupying this prime location, enjoy fishing and long beach walks all literally on your doorstep. The beach tidal pool is great for safe swimming for children. There is a local supermarket and Spar shopping center ‘De Dekke’ just down the road as well as the local outdoor market Hart en Bosch Village. The ever-popular Klipheuwel Trailpark is nearby offering various mountain bike tracks & trails.

Tergniet Beach Villa is a triple-storey Garden Route Holiday House comprising six bedrooms, all en-suite, accommodating up to 12 people in absolute comfort and style. On the top level are three rooms, each opening onto a shared sea facing balcony with seating arrangements. The entrance level has another room, opening onto the garden-facing balcony with built-in BBQ/Braai whilst the two remainding rooms are on the ground floor level, part of the self-contained apartment. There is an additional guest bathroom with shower, serving as a seventh bathroom.

The separate main lounge and dining room, open-plan with the kitchen, both have glass stack sliding doors leading out onto the front sea-facing, wrap-around porch with built-in BBQ/braai and large jacuzzi. Enjoy a sunset social around the fire and soak up endless sea views from the jacuzzi!

A third built-in BBQ/braai and pizza oven can be found on the ground level outside the apartment, with views of the landscaped Gardens.

This property is fully enclosed.

Additional house features include a uncapped wifi, smart TV with full package DStv, top deck with sunloungers and comfortable couches, a separate scullery with washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer plus ample on-site parking behind gates. There is an alarm with armed response as well as full solar.

Rates valid until 9 December 2026. Peak Season (10 December - 10 January) Min 5 - 14 nights. Summer Season (11 Jan - 30 Apr; 25 Nov - 9 Dec) Min 3 nights. Winter Season (1 May – 31 July) Min 3 nights. Mid Season (1 Aug - 24 Nov) Min 3 nights. - The house has solar for loadshedding which runs the basics including lights, wifi and TV but no heavy appliances such as hairdryers, ovens, stove tops, kettles, microwaves or the jacuzzi. - Final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with additional fees of R 1750 management fee and R 4000 refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakages deposit to be paid in cash on arrival, if local residents this needs to be prepaid via EFT. - R 250 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00. - A maximum of 12 people sharing in 6 en-suite bedrooms are allowed to sleep over, please do not exceed this number on any night. - Children of all ages are welcome, however, please take care of small children at this property due to height and nature of this property. There is no child safety barriers or gate on stairs, also no safety railings. You need to keep an eye on your small children for their safety. Please bring your own camp cot and high chair with. The owners and property management company will not be held liable in any way. - Linen, bath & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels. - Pets strictly upon prior request, subject to owner confirmation only. The owners reserve the right to either accept or deny pet requests. - This property is not wheelchair accessible. - No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets. - Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbors, thank-you! No loud music or noise after 22h00 please. - Noise policy: Tergniet Beach Villa is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. We kindly request that loud music, parties or any excessive noise be avoided at all times, to preserve the serene and tranquil setting. No loud music or noise will be tolerated and the owners and property management company reserves their rights. - A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time. - The house has septic tanks, only human waste and toilet paper down toilets please and use septic tank friendly cleaning materials. - Regret, housekeeping service during tenancy is not included or available at this property due to the remote location (no public transport services this area). - This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables.
