I found a lady's hair in the sheets, The parking is far and there is only one remote for the entire hotel??? That make it inconvenient to go in and out of the hotel.

I have been in Bannister hotel for 3 nights and i noticed that during the weekend, Friday night and Saturday there is a lot of noise from the Bar. Some people does not like a noise area. The reception must communicate to each other when knocking off, they must make sure they provide information to the one coming in. Room must be provided with e.g tea staff, small fridge, hairdryer, bible, route map and telephone to communicate with the reception to avoid going in and out while people need to relax.

There was too much noise coming from the bar downstairs, that went on the whole night. Couldn't sleep, yet I had a 21km race early the following day in Soweto. The night was really not peaceful. The place itself was okay and clean.

Thank you so much for the extremely good service. Everything was 100% fine. The staff was professional and very helpful. I lost my wallet and every one was so concerned and so glad when I found it the next day. Keep up the good work. God bless. xx Mathilda Henning
