Overview
The Churchill is an exclusive use guest lodge located in the upmarket suburb of Alexandra Park, close to the city centre, Borrowdale and the University. Spacious accommodation for a max. of 8. Tranquil park-like garden, pool and barbeque. Alexandra Park does not suffer frequent power cuts as other areas do, but to ensure the comfort of our guests we have on-site backup power.
We have a new entertainment lounge & dining area which opens to the garden and pool area. Serviced daily. DSTV. Wifi.
All bedrooms are air conditioned with new premium king/queen size beds, Egyptian cotton bedding, genuine down pillows and duvets for that perfect night's sleep.
Rooms 1 & 4 are en suite. Room 3's bathroom is not en suite but across the passage. Room 2 can also share facilities with Room 3. The lodge is exclusive use so regardless of the number of rooms you book the entire property is for your exclusive use. Any unbooked rooms are locked and not let out to other guests for the duration of your stay.

Where pricing is “per unit” the Average Price Per Person based on maximum occupancy is used for the price range comparison. A search made for Homes and Villas however will always be based on the full daily rate of the unit irrespective of the number of people the unit sleeps.
