The Gables is a self-catering luxury home with solar-heated pool and Jacuzzi (both with safetynet) ideally positioned in a quiet street in the heart of Hout Bay. Walking distance to the beach. Just a 5 minutes drive to the harbour, many shops and restaurants. Sleeps 11 persons. The villa is child-friendly with a lot of toys!
5 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 lounges with French doors leading onto the garden with sparkling pool.
The house is ideal for one large - or even two families. It consists of a main house (sleeps 6) and a cottage (sleeps 5) inter-leading with a smooth flow as if they were one unit, yet both completely self-contained with the possibility of using separate entrances.
AMBIANCE
This Cape Dutch house is very homely decorated with Colonial and African influences. You can feel the care and personal touch as you walk through this spacious home, every room is boosting with character. Funky coloured walls, railway sleeper beams, wooden floors, colonial leather chairs, interesting African art and paintings, antique cupboards, desks and wardrobes. Outside braai (barbeque) facilities.
FACILITIES
Both kitchens are fully equipped, There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher in seperate scullery in the mainhouse.
The luxury home comforts can be found throughout the house: fireplaces, TV (DSTV premium), DVD player, quality Hi-Fi/CD player, uncapped fiber WiFi internet, games and quality beds with beautiful bed linen.
Towels and bedlinen provided
Garden service and pool service included.
One cot available.
Secure off street parking on property behind a remote controlled security gate.
RATES
R 2000-R 6000 per night for the house, depending on season, number of guests and duration of stay.
