Four bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, in total, House is spacious and all on ground floor
except the Loft apartment which is above the garages. Mooring and jetty & double canoe
for use of guests. Property is situated in the Parklands area which includes kiddies playground,
tennis & squash courts and marina beach with all facilities.
