Ugab Game Farm Lodge

Overview

Ugab Game Farm and Lodge opened on 1 November 2022. The newly constructed lodge offers facilities to accommodate up to 30 persons for day visits, in the main lodge and open areas and can only accommodate a maximum of 8 guests for accommodation on a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast basis. Each suite features an en-suite bathroom and contains air-conditioning, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a sitting area, and other luxuries for convenience. The Superior Luxury Suite boasts an open-air en-suite bathroom and a fireplace. Dinner, bed and breakfast are included. The Kunene region is one of Namibia’s most pristine and untouched regions, nestled in the northwest corner of the country. Sparsely populated, serene and largely empty, you will find scattered settlements of semi-nomadic Himba tribes and a variety of ecosystems from desert terrains to the west and mopane savannah to the east, with mountain ranges to the north near the Kunene River.

Kunene is one of the fourteen regions of Namibia. Its capital is Opuwo, its governor is Marius Sheya. The region's name comes from the Kunene River which forms the northern border with Angola. You will find scattered settlements of semi-nomadic Himba tribes and a variety of ecosystems from desert terrains to the west and mopane savannah to the east, with mountain ranges to the north near the Kunene River.

Family Luxury Suite

The Luxury Family Suite consists of 1 living room and 1 bedroom with a spacious bathroom and outside shower. A large private Patio and personal Boma will have you spend hours outside. It is private and secure from the main lodge.

Standard Luxury Room

This room contains an extra-length 4-poster king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This room offers a sitting area, air-conditioning, coffee/tea, a hairdryer, a bar fridge, and other amenities for convenience.

Superior Luxury Suite

This spacious suite contains an extra-length 4-poster king-size bed and features an open-air en suite with a shower and bath. This room boasts a sitting area with a fire pit, air-conditioning, soundproofing, tea/coffee, and other luxuries for convenience.
