Villa Via is designed to be comfortable with a personal touch to the decor to make our guests feel welcome with all their personal needs and attention catered for. Quality of service and accommodation are key features to the venue that is ideally suited for the groups who want to enjoy the utmost privacy. Villa Via also offers a Conference Centre that comprises of a meeting room that conforms to our theme of exclusivity and privacy.
Every room has it's own character and personality; but all 16 have a common theme that can best be described as understated exuberance. Therefore while different, they are clearly from one family, similar in their welcoming embrace. Our warm and cosy rooms are equipped with TV's, air-conditioning and are maintained to the highest expectations and standards. Villa Via Lodge offers celestial breakfasts served in an exclusive private dining area that leads out to a pool area nestled in a tropical garden. The Villa Via Conference Centre comprises of a conference room which accommodates up to twenty delegates, an overhead projector, whiteboards, portable flip chart and vinyl screen. Tea and lunches are also served.
We welcome children of all ages, children under 12 stay free.
Non-guaranteed reservations will be released 24 hours prior to arrival.
Guaranteed reservations will be held all night, and will be subject to full stay accommodation charge in the event a "No Show".
Reservations cancelled within a 12 hour period prior to arrival date may be subject to cancellation fee equivalent to full stay charge.
No cheque payments will be accepted without prior management approval. We do accept credit cards.
Bank deposit slips, order forms, vouchers or EBT to be faxed to the hotel prior to guest arrival.

NOTE: If a search was made without stipulating the month of occupation the rate shown on the search results page is for the lowest cost month and the least expensive room. Where pricing is “per unit” the Average Price Per Person based on maximum occupancy is used for the price range comparison. A search made for Homes and Villas however will always be based on the full daily rate of the unit irrespective of the number of people the unit sleeps.
