The place met our expectations. It was a great home away from home. Relaxing environment. Would definitely go back again.

Vulture Creek is a very beautiful place and quiet. However our stay became so sour when we realised that there was no hot water. Taking a cold shower was not what I had in mind. We communicated that with the owners and they failed to help us. The painful part was that they have lots of dogs on the premises. The dogs looked very unhealthy, not well fed and quite malnourished. Instead of using treatment for tics on the dogs they smeared car oil on the dog and it was such a painful thing to look at. They have no dog houses and therefore the dogs come to the lodge house looking for shelter and food. Bear in mind it was raining. The minute we forgot to close the door the dog came in to eat the food and mess up the floor with mud because it is not paved outside. We spoke to the owner of the dog about this and he said the dogs are very naughty and he hit them so hard. Our stay was not good at all.

The service as shocking the place as dirty and had I not had friends with me I would have lost the deposit and left immediately.
They did not even have the decency to contact me after I sent them a letter with my grievance.

Vulture Creek is a very nice place to be, the only thing that needs improvement is pots and cutlery. We enjoyed the staying there, thank you.
