This lovely house can accommodate 10 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an lounge area with a 55" smart TV, air-conditioner, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size beds and ceiling fans. The last bedroom is furnished with 2 bunk beds and ceiling fan. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower while the fourth bathroom has a shower-over-bath. Quality linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own bath and swimming towels.
The open-plan living area features a lounge, a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tea- and coffee-making facilities and cutlery and crockery. The dining area is furnished with a dining table suitable for 8 guests. The lounge is furnished with a comfortable lounge suite, a coffee table, ceiling fans and a 65" smart TV with sound bar. Access to free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The home is spared from loadsheading by a full solar system.
The living area opens up onto a covered verandah, which boasts stunning views of the garden and swimming pool area. The pool room features a comfy lounge suite ideal for relaxing with shower and toilet facilities. Guests can enjoy a dip in the sparkling swimming pool, a picnic in the garden or simply socialise around either the indoor braai or outdoor fire pit. Access to secure parking is available.
The property has state-of-the-art security, CCTV which is viewable from the TV in the main bedroom, electric fence, the alarm has interior and exterior beams which is monitored by Armed response. The outdoor area is fully lit by solar lights.
