Absolutely blown away I can’t believe it!! I’m a student and this was for my boyfriends special birthday so I saved really hard to be able to do it, this is amazing. Thank you

We went to Zulu Waters for our 21st wedding anniversary, so it was a a special time for us and this was the perfect weekend. It is close enough to Durban and yet once you are there it is totally secluded and peaceful. The architect designed accommodation is beautiful and interesting to stay in. We loved sitting on our veranda watching for Blesbok, Warthogs or Impala to wander past, or spectacular afternoon storms. During our walks to the tennis court we spotted huge herds of Eland and Blesbok. On our game drive we saw herds of animals and vultures all gathered together, what a treat. This drive ended with my husband catching a rainbow trout at the river with our guide who was friendly and informative. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Zulu Waters.

We loved our stay at Zulu Waters, the drive there was slightly bumpy but it was a very special time once we were there.

The lake-house was the most amazing, secluded cottage with wildlife on our doorstep. We woke up to herds of Red Hartebees grazing at the edge of the veranda and the occasional visit from some of the beautiful endangered species.

Even though I never managed to catch any trout, a large lake is located about 200m away from the cottage which was awesome to visit in the late afternoon while the sun was going down.

We enjoyed a beautiful bonfire at night with the sound of some wild jackal and the nightlife.

Truly amazing, refreshing and quiet for a romantic weekend with no disturbance except from nature itself.

The most wild life I have ever seen in a reserve.

Had a wonderful game drive that I can not fault. For the South Africans, maybe a built braai facility would be nicer than the small stand alone grid we used on the bonfire for cooking our meat. But I actually was not phased by it at all.
