The property is located in a cul-de-sac so there is very little traffic in this road. Centrally located for all sightseeing and very good restaurants and cafes in the vicinity as well as a supermarket and liquor stores. It is a 5 minute walk from Muizenberg train station should clients be without a car.

Please note, no guests of clients permitted on the property, only the exact number of people booked in, no parties and no loud music as courtesy to the other guests.
