Situated in Matjiesvlei just 16 km outside of Calitzdorp, Matjiesvlei Cottages offers historic self-catering cottages in a tranquil environment with mountain views.
The cottages are build in traditional Karoo style. Each has kitchen facilities, a furnished patio, BBQ facilities and a bathroom. Some of them have a fireplace or a Queen Anne stove. On warm summer days, guests can go for a swim in the river at the nearby private picnic site. Other activities include fishing, hiking and cycling.
