Nhucha Villas is located on the Santa Maria peninsula in Mozambique. Each of the four separate units offers fully equipped self-catering accommodation with breathtaking ocean views. The air-conditioned open-plan units include two bedrooms with double and single beds, a bunk bed in the lounge, a kitchen, and a bathroom. There are two bathrooms, one inside and one outside with a shower. All units come with bedding, a fridge, a freezer, an electric stove, a microwave oven, a kettle, and kitchen utensils. Each unit also features a balcony, braai facilities, and free parking. This area is excellent for bird watchers, with several rare species spotted nearby. Safe walking trails allow visitors to explore scenic spots around the resort and coastal area. Hells Gate Channel, between Inhaca Island and Santa Maria, offers excellent surf fishing, with various species caught throughout the year. Fishing charters for game fishing are also available for enthusiastic fishermen. Boat charters are also available for fishing and other activities. Taking a break from daily life is essential, and the surrounding nature and beautiful ocean at Nhucha Villas make it easy to relax and unwind.

It is situated 120km north of Kosi Bay, drive through the beautiful elephant park following the powerlines to get to a local village called Santa Maria. Find us 3km north of Santa Maria. This is strictly a 4×4 route. The area is excellent for bird watchers, with several rare species spotted nearby.
