The Witteberg Nature Reserve is situated about 240 km from Cape Town in the heart of the Witteberg mountain range, midway between Touws River and Laingsburg and southwest of the historic Matjiesfontein village. Our main objective is the conservation of the fynbos of the Witteberg. We offer self-catering accommodation only.

Rustic 2-sleeper stone cottage

Rustic, 1-roomed self-catering stone cottage with twin single beds which can be converted into a kingsize bed (on request). Bathroom with shower, basin, toilet. Kitchen with single gas plate, small electric fridge. Candles for lighting.

Two-bedroom 4-sleeper apartment

Two-bedroomed self-catering apartment, one room with king-size bed and the other room with twin single beds. (For groups of up to 6 guests, this unit can be booked together with the adjacent 2-sleeper apartment.) Long stay discounts apply for stays of 2 nights or longer.

Two-bedroom 5-sleeper apartment

Two-bedroomed self-catering apartment, one room with queen-size bed and the other room with twin single beds, plus a sleeper couch in the living room. (For groups of up to 7 guests, this unit can be booked together with the one room 2- sleeper apartment.) Long stay discounts apply for stays of 2 nights or longer.
