Mountain Rise is 'n nuwe gerenoveerde 6 kamer huis met 2 slaapkamers, wat op een en 'n kwart hektaar prima eiendom geleë is met 'n uitsig oor die see. Met berge aan die agterkant en 'n pragtige see uitsig aan die voorkant, Victorskloof is die mees gesogte plek in pragtige Houtbaai. Naby die Kaapstadse middestad geleë via die pragtige Atlantiese kus pad verby Kampsbaai en Clifton, Houtbaai is maklik toeganklik via Constantia Nek aan die suidelike voorstede.
Houtbaai se pragtige Strand lê tussen die uittorende Sentinal aan die een kant en die wêreld beroemde Chapman's Peak-rylaan aan die ander kant. Van Mountain Rise af is die see aan beide kante geraam deur berge met 'n uitsig om oor gaande te raak. Die kothuis het 'n volle lengte patio om 'n vroegoggend ontbyt of aand skemerkelkies te geniet.
Die cottage is heeltemal gerenoveerd in Mei 2010 en bestaan uit twee slaapkamers wat onderskeidelik twee en drie mense kan huisves, 'n splinternuwe badkamer met bad en stort, 'n nuwe kombuis met stoof en toestelle, aparte eetkamer en 'n groot sitkamer lei na die hoof patio. Sekuriteit is alles nuut met nuwe rol veiligheidshekke, diefwering en alarm. Die hek by die oprit is afstand beheerd. Die eienaars is in 'n afgesonderde huis op die terrein en is meeste van die tyd beskikbaar om te help met enige navrae. Die kothuis het 'n skoonmaak diens Maandae, Woensdae en Vrydae.
Fasiliteite sluit in 'n 50" TV met DSTV, HiFi, 'n persoonlike rekenaar met breëband internet en skype foon vir gratis internasionale oproepe.

Really nice, comfortable, spacious accommodation in an excellent location in Hout Bay - very close to World of Birds and with distant views to the sea. Very secure with an electric gate and alarm system. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Be aware that the cottage is split level with steps down to the dining room and kitchen if you have anyone be with limited mobility. Lovely pool for hot days and a private garden. Hout Bay has plenty of restaurants, an interesting harbour and white sand beach and is very close to the start of the Chapmans Peak Drive and Kirstenbosch Gardens. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Mountain Rise again.

We had a wonderful stay as usual! The owner Richard is always on hand if there are any questions. The view from the cottage is lovely and we had a very peaceful holiday.
