Linen and towels are provided. Extra blankets for colder nights are provided in each flat and the double room. Each bathroom of the apartments provides Namibian and German wall sockets as well as a hair-dryer. Flat screen TV in each lounge (not in Double Room) Each flat & double room has a room-safe. WLAN (WiFi) 4G LTE access through the whole building free of charge.
Absolutely no smoking in the building. Smoking areas existing in the garden. No pets allowed.
Each flat and double room has its own entrance door and is secured by G4S security service.
Sandcastle building is secured all round the house at night for a certain time period.

WEAVER'S NEST is our new built, cheaper alternative to our apartments for those guests, who don't need a spacious apartment with kitchen, lounge and dining area, BUT look for a clean, spacious and tidy room with en-suite bathroom. The double room is equipped with movable twin-beds - can stand separately or together as one - a wardrobe, table & chairs, a fridge, room-safe, cordless kettle, tea & coffee station as well as all necessary linen and towels. The en-suite bathroom comes with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, basin and electric plug for razors. The room has its private entrance and an individual alarm system.
