The Lenasia Country Club is built along the majestic Klip River in the beautiful surrounds of Lenasia. Lenasia, a vibrant suburb in the Gauteng Province, is home to a myriad of modern shopping centres, schools, churches, and the prestigious Country Club.
The biggest drawcard of the club is the 18-hole course. Due to its strategic location – it is situated close to the central business districts of Johannesburg and Sandton City – allowing urbanites to de-stress here with a round of golf.
While not altogether difficult, players will have to watch out for water hazards found along the course. Hole number six is the most challenging as individuals will have to contend with the river while a dam found at the 18th hole is quite tricky to manoeuvre across.
A range of refreshments can be purchased at the clubhouse while light snacks are available to hungry golfers who are in a rush to get back home after play. There is also a dining room which can be hired out for private functions.
