public in 1957. It is a member hospital of the Life Healthcare group, which is one of the largest private care and

work in conjunction with a wide network of specialists.
The Little
Company of Mary Hospital is renowned for its stroke unit and the Mary
Potter Oncology Clinic which has specialists who perform stem cell
transplant and practise chemotherapy and radiology.
Other
services offered by the hospital are dietetics, neurology, paediatrics, endocrinology,
audio and speech therapy, ear, nose and throat surgery and gynaecology.

I often have to travel to Brooklyn to visit my very elderly parents. It frustrates to me to death that Brooklyn is one of the most expensive out of reach accommodation areas in South Africa and it is also very difficult to find self catering accommodation - It may be argued that it is the Embassy "capital" of South Africa, but does that warrant a 4 star in Brooklyn to charge an exuberant rate with poor service just because it is in Brooklyn? Other than that it is a beautiful suburb conveniently situated for business or pleasure.
