Price Range comparison

In order to provide meaningful price comparisons this website compares the Per Person Sharing Rate or, where this is not available, the Average Price Per Person for a unit, based on its maximum occupancy.

When Homes and Villas are selected as the search criteria, the full daily rate for the unit is used for price comparison and display irrespective of the number of people the unit sleeps.

* This accommodation is only available as a unit. It has been included in these search results as the average price per person based on maximum occupancy falls within the selected price range. However, the price displayed is the full unit price.

Atlantic Seaboard Reviews

Fresnaye
A very clean Suburb and only 10 minutes away from the City of cape Town makes this location very attractive.

Sea Point
Wow Wow Wow, even through this drought currently in Cape Town, the service is still excellent, bus transport such a breeze for us novices. Side streets smelly, apart from the sewerage smell which one can understand. However the pavements are a bit smelly due to beggars "marking" their territory and obviously dogs and cats. This could be washed down with sea water. In general the streets are nice and clean, no rubbish lying around. Felt safe walking around there at night. Back Main street , some buildings are shabby however all the new buildings and business are refreshing. Very impressed with Cape Town cleanliness as a whole.

Hout Bay
Very interesting harbour (see previous comments). Trip to see the seals on a harbour cruise is worth doing
