Caledon is ook maar 'n plattelandse dorpie wat agteruitgang toon soos baie plattelandse dorpies. Die skuld kan net voor die munisipaliteite se deur gelê word. Teen 10uur was die inligtingskantoor nog nie oop nie en het ons teen daardie tyd sommer vir die mense op die strate gevra waar om te ry om plekke te besoek. Ons het die botaniese tuin besoek en kon duidelik sien die agteruitgang van die tuin, MAAR die mense wat tans daar werk as kontrakteurs is gewillig om die tuin weer mooi te maak.
