Nottingham Road Reviews
Lovely, quaint village with lots to do and see. Also part of the Midlands Meander which made made places very accessible
- Judith Galvin
A wonderful place to visit! Sadly not enough time to do the Meander justice but what we did see has created a desire to return for longer

Nottingham Road has a special place in my heart! The countryside resembles that of the lush English countryside. The village community are friendly and hospitality at most venues is fantastic. The value for money is great, accommodation luxuriously welcoming and the little shops and restaurants are a true country experience. I would strongly recommend anyone to take the time to meander through this beautiful part of South Africa.

I spend a lot of time in the area as I love it! So beautiful.

We love Nottingham Road - it is very central on the Meander and there is lots to do in Nottingham Road itself. We often call in when we are driving from Scottburgh up to the Vaal triangle. It really is like being in another world - far from the maddening crowd!
It can be as relaxing or as hectic as you want to make it and has interesting eating out venues.
