Grande Provence Harvest Festival 2017
Celebrate the 2017 grape harvest at the Grand Provence Harvest Festival with a day of grape picking, stomping, wine sampling, indulging in delicious food spreads and a great deal of fun and laughter in the sun.
This annual festival for all budding vintners and wine aficionados will take place on 25 February 2017 at The Grande Provence Heritage Wine Estate.
The day will kick off with artisanal coffee and farm-style muffins followed by a tractor ride through the vineyards to forage for your own grapes, followed by wine tasting and a guided cellar tour by the Grande Provence's Cellar Master.
The highlight of the event gets the entire family involved, where one gets to participate in the age-old tradition of grape stomping. The sounds of hearty laughter, squeals of delight and the accompaniment of live music gets you into the swing of things as you dip your toes in squishy, fermented grapes.
To end off the day’s festivities, you'll be treated to quality cuisine expertly prepared by Grande Provence’s inhouse chefs - expect a lavish harvest table.
