Le Kap Lifestyle Fair
If you like all things synonymous with luxury, high fashion and style, then Le Kap Lifestyle Fair is not-to-be-missed. Considered the most high-end lifestyle affair in South Africa, the annual event takes place on the 5 December 2015 at the Webersburg Wine Estate in Stellenbosch.
The event is designed for those with an appreciation for the finer things in life, and presents a curated selection of gourmet foods, fine wines and artisanal cocktails, dressage, show jumping, and much more.
Discerning foodies will enjoy a wide selection of gourmet delicacies, where various speciality food stalls(all with unique themes) will be serving up gourmet- styled street food. Additionally, a number of top South African chefs have been handpicked to feature at this year's event. Each chef will be given 40 minutes to prepare their favourite dishes which will then be served to celebrities and VIP guests.
Style gurus will enjoy the fashion show with a twist - combining high-end fashion with an equestrian flair. Guest will be treated to an exclusive ramp show by some of South Africa's best couturiers. An added benefit of these shows is the opportunity to purchase runway collections on the day.
The fair is also a car enthusiast's haven for luxury motor vehicles, where luxury automobile manufacturings will be displaying their finest wares. A definitive highlight of this showcase is the iconic Italian 'supercar' manufacturer, Lamborghini.
It would not be a lifestyle event without a bit of wine, and the featured wine producers will once again offer attendees a wide range of award-winning vintages to sample. These wines have been selectively complemented with various food dishes to ensure the ultimate food and wine pairing experience.
To accompany a day of fashion, food and wine is the much-anticipated 6-bar horse jumping competition, an activity that sees the traditional dressage infused within a lifestyle environment.
