Montagu Makiti Festival 2017 - 4
The Montagu Makiti festival is an annual family and heritage festival taking place in the beautiful town of Montagu on the Breede River Valley.
The festival will take place on the weekend of the 22-24 September 2017 at various locations all over Montagu.
Visitors can also paricipate in acitivites around the town. You can visit Olijvenhof Olive Estate (a working olive farm), go shopping at the Bath Street market, go on a guided rock climbing and abseiling tour, do a heritage walk through the town viewing historical sites, visit the museums and art galleries, take a tractor ride at Protea farm or enjoy some live music at Kloof Padstal.
With so much to do for the entire family, visitors need to plan their weekends carefully so as not to miss preferred events and activities.
