Overview
Lengau Lodge is a lodge with 3 rondavels (rooms) and a family room. The Rondavels are privately situated in the bush, but can safely be accessed from the main lodge. Each room has its own private terrace with view into the bush and to the waterhole near the lodge. The rondavels are equipped with air-conditioning, they have a double king size XL bed with mosquito netting, a separate toilet and bathroom and an inside as well as an outside shower. From the outside shower, you can spot all kind of animals that visit the lodge, or you can look at the stars under the dark, but bright African night sky. The family room has a double XL kingsize double on the ground floor and a Queen size XL double on the first floor. Almost every day, various kind of animals come to visit the lodge, just walking by or having a drink or bath at the waterhole. For the guests, the lodge offers a relaxing swimming pool with a sundeck and a large shaded terrace. Twice a day you can book a safari game drive through a magnificent part of the Greater Kruger National Park. During the day you can visit numerous places of interest, on your own, or arranged by the lodge. In the late afternoon you can enjoy a sun-downer when we visit the banks of the Olifants River during the late afternoon safari game drive. We serve delicious meals in our restaurant, on our outside terrace near the pool or sitting around the campfire and listening to the sounds of the African Night, with howling sounds of the hyena, black backed jackal or even the roaring lion and growling leopard. Your hosts Ilse and Loek will be available for you at all time and will make sure that you experience your ultimate bush experience at Lengau Lodge.
Bookings are on the basis of Bed & Breakfast. Lunch and dinner is available at the lodge. Various attractions can be booked at the lodge, like the safari boat cruise, the early morning and late afternoon gamedrives, etc.
