Overview
Dave and Judy, proud owners of this homestead and operational farm, produce export quality citrus. They would love to welcome you as guests, making your stay in the accommodation a pleasant one. The farm is Avoca, which means "The meeting of the waters ".
Self-catering Accommodation is in Riverside Chalets, semi detached units, Bush Camp Cottages and en-suite rooms. The accommodation looks out over the Sundays River and distant Zuurberg Mountains. Lovely opportunities for sundowners and bird watching. Even the African Finfoot and the Gymnogene have been seen on the farm. Guests can go canoeing, fishing and swimming and walk along the river. Children are welcome.
Situated amongst the roses & citrus trees in the valley known for elephants! Riverside cabins are in tranquil surroundings along the Sundays River. The closest city is Port Elizabeth. The towns of Addo and Kirkwood allow guests to do shopping at a local grocery store. The Addo Elephant National Park main entrance is a 23km drive from the farm.
Fishing is excellent. Bring your own equipment.
The Orchard room is our small conference and function facility. It has a small hall, balcony and breakfast area. The meeting hall can seat from 5 people up to about 60 people. It has a big screen where guests may sit and watch special sports events being shown on television. It is well suited for small dinner functions.
Families & children are most welcome. Dave & Judy look forward to meeting you and to receiving you. Ideal for nature lovers and bird watchers.
The two swimming pool at the Main house and close to the chalets are available for our guests. Canoes that are on the river are for guests to use, along with the jungle gyms for children and trampolines. Anglers enjoy the chance to fish or simply relax at the waters edge. You will enjoy easy access to the river. Come and enjoy the farm and a world of nature. (Malaria Free zone)

The property is close to the Addo Elephant National Park and other private game reserves.
